Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Ministry of Health (the Ministry) is seeking proposals from suitably experienced and qualified Main Contractors for the construction of the Outpatient Building for the New Dunedin Hospital (NDH) Project.

The Outpatient Building comprises a five story (four levels plus plant on roof) standalone Importance Level 3 (IL3) building of approx. 15,400 m2 to be built on the former Wilson Parking Building site in Dunedin.

The Ministry will be undertaking a combined supplier briefing for the Main Contractor and Façade Contractor Requests for Proposals on Monday 4 October 2021. Refer to section 2.6 of Part 1 of the RFP for further details.
