Returnable Schedules to Include:
1/ Previous Performance
Provide evidence of the tenderer’s experience and performance on 3 contracts of a similar nature in Australia in the last two (2) years.
2/ Sustainability
Provide evidence of the tenderers’ commitment and experience in sustainable construction.
3/ WHS Assessment and Compliance
a) Acknowledgement for compliance with BGIS WHS management system and contractor’s accreditation.
b) Submit a WHS Management Plan of a past project of a similar nature.
4/ Branch Location
Note where your offices are based, e.g., Sydney based, and which office (if multiple offices are held) will be worked out of during the Construction phase.
5/ Resources
Where are your sub-contractors based, if unknown, will you be hiring local tradespeople?
6/ Project Value
List projects (in chronological order from most recently dated) in which your role was as Head Contractor, noting the construction value of each project.
7/ Projects for Government Agencies
Provide details of projects being delivered for Government agencies.
8/ Subcontractors
Provide approximate percentage of sub-contractors and identify trades for the project that would have business registered in NSW.
