Tender Description
Council is seeking the services of a civil contractor to complete the civil and services package of works for the ASP Master Plan Stage 1.
The ASP Master Plan sets out a vision for delivery of the infrastructure in the short and medium to long-term timeframes. The short-term items are budgeted for delivery in 2021/23, including soccer facilities (pitch and shared soccer/hockey building) with part funding provided by the Federal government.
The existing Equestrian club will be relocated to a new facility (the current equestrian facility is located within the projects work area).
The design and construction of the equestrian facility (separate contract) is required before stage 2 work packages can be completed.
Staging of the civil & services works before relocation of equestrian (stage 1) and after the relocation of equestrian (stage 2) will be required to complete this project.
