Provision of Goods and Services for Minor Electrical Works

The Principal is seeking Tender submissions from suitably accredited and competent Contractors to provide the supply of goods and professional services for minor electrical works.The Contract provides for minor works up to an individual value of $25,000.

The contract will commence as soon as practical as advised in the letter of acceptance issued to the successful Tenderer and will run for the period until the contract concludes 30th June 2022. The principal will consider as set out in this contract two twelve month options to extend the term of the contract.

The Contractor will:

• Provide all Occupation Safety and Health documentation
• Complete pre-qualification OH&S induction
• Complete site induction with Principal’s representative

A full statement of the goods and/or services required under the proposed contract appears in the Specification.

The successful Tenderer will be required to enter into a Contract with the Principal.

The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify. Late Tenders or those sent by email and facsimile will not be accepted.

Prospective Tenderers are advised that the Shire will not be submitting Tenders in this instance.
