Heritage Conservation Area Review - Hornsby Shire Council

⁠⁠⁠Council invites quotes from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Heritage Conservation Area Review. The purpose is to review Hornsby Shire's eight (8) existing Heritage Conservation Areas (HCAs); identify any new potential HCAs; and recommend associated amendments to the Hornsby Local Environmental Plan 2013 (HLEP) and the Hornsby Development Control Plan 2013 (HDCP).

The selection of the consultant will be undertaken on the basis of the following criteria:
- Appreciation of the project brief and purpose of the project;
- Proposed methodology including consultation with the Hornsby Heritage Advisory Committee;
- Consultant's qualifications, skills and experience;
- Details of project budget; and
- Detailed project timeline demonstrating ability and commitment to complete the project within the set timeframe.

Responses to the brief are due by 10.30am, Monday 18 October 2021 (NSW).
