Tender Description
MICC Workshop was constructed a decade ago and various components of the structure were not installed. The Council wants to upgrade and improve the efficiency of the facility by installing various items such as shade structures and channel grating, minimise the contamination of stormwater network by controlling/managing drainage, upgrade electrical items including fit out and associated works.
The facility accommodates 10 staff members in the shed, and has car parking area, and the adjacent wash bay area.
It is mandatory for the contractor to visit the site and take measurements by themselves and familiarize themselves with the existing facility and location. Mount Isa City Council’s Workshop is located at 183 duchess road, Spreadborough QLD 4825.
