The evaluator, consisting of an individual or a team, will undertake a desk study review and interview up to 20 former participants and course staff of the CLI fellowship program, which is funded by DFAT’s Cyber and Critical Technology Cooperation Program (CCTCP). The purpose of the evaluation is to understand the experiences, learnings and impact of fellows as a result of participating in the course and alumni workshop. Findings and trends will be presented as a series of case studies. The assignment will take place from November 2021 to February 2022 and will involve planning and administration; desktop review of existing data; telephone/ skype interviews; data analysis and preparation of final case studies. The assignment will be completed by the end of February 2022.
