Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Scope Overview

Competent personnel whom independent of the project related tasks to prepare the verification and validation work instruction and perform the following as defined by the verification and validation work instruction during detailed design, procurement (source inspection), construction, installation, integration, hook-up and commissioning of the Crux facility.

The scopes covering:

A) Verification

1. Design Verification (Office Based)

2. Procurement Verification

3. Verification of the construction activities and records (Field based).

4. Witness high criticality site acceptance and commissioning tests – conducted in the field.

5. Verification of pre-commissioning and commissioning records – conducted in the field.

6. Preparing the Independent Verification Report (Office Based).

B) Validation

1. As per OPGGS (Safety) Regulations 2009, Validation of SCEs for Crux’s NNM facilities including but not limited to;

a. Five dry tree wells tied back to the platform;

b. Fixed jacket structure with drilled and grouted piles;

c. Topside Facilities; and

d. Single 26” multiphase export pipeline to Prelude.

2. Support COMPANY to develop Scope of Validation for issuance to NOPSEMA

3. Develop with input from COMPANY, the Scheme for Validation

As part of the EoI Contractor to

• Provide contractors previous experience in performing both Validation and Verification in a single contract;

• Describe how the Contractor would propose to develop and execute a fit for purpose, cost effective, minimum Validation scope that would satisfy regulator scrutiny;

• Detail the benefits and challenges in executing Validation and Verification in a single contract.

• Articulate how contractor will ensure overlaps are minimized between Validation and Verification activities without duplication.

• Provide typical execution plan for Validation and Verification activities, e.g. ways of working, digital tools employed, progress meetings/reporting considering the execution of Crux facilities will be across multiple geographical locations.

The successful contractor will be responsible for:

a) Project management required to perform the scope or work in a safe, robust, and efficient manner.

b) Address all validation & verification needs during the detailed design, procurement, construction, installation, hook-up, and commissioning of the Crux platform.

a) Services that include but not limited to the supply of qualified & experience Personnel and OFFICE INFRASTRUCTURE.
