Tender Description

Outcome sought: to create an Innovative Learning Environment to Blk N & O, while addressing the key issues f rom the Specialist Reports from t he 2020/21 10YPP

  • Overview of the programme of which this project is a part: 5 projects from the 2020/21 10YPP will addressed in this project, which includes the Stage 1 for Block O ILE Upgrade, Stage 2 for Block N & O ILE Upgrade, Type 4 Fire Alarm System, Heating and Doors and Windows to Block N & O to be replaced. It makes sense to combine these projects, as the work is all contained within these Blocks.
  • requirements for phasing: Block N will need to be completed first as these students will need to be re-housed during construction.
