Tender Description
Queensland Health is seeking service provider/s to deliver community-based palliative care services in Queensland, outside of South-East Queensland, from 1 October 2022. The objective of the program is to provide palliative health care services for individuals living in rural, regional and remote Queensland and diagnosed with advanced and progressive life limiting illness to ensure they receive coordinated and shared care under multidisciplinary care teams in community settings.
Queensland Health will hold a briefing session at 11:30 am Australian Eastern Standard Time on 22 November 2021 including via video and teleconference. It is not mandatory for Service Providers to attend briefing sessions in order to submit an offer.
