Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced companies to demolish and dispose the Merrylands Arcade structure in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx147.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the attached tender pricing schedules. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
Pretender site inspection (Mandatory)
All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site inspection.
All respondents must register for pre-tender site inspection, including name of company, name of attendance (limit 2 per organisation), email address. Please register by email to tendering@cumberland.nsw.gov.au. The last day of registration is 17 September 2021.
Invitations for the pretender site inspection will be sent to each organisation registered to Council.
Council will provide access to registered Respondents to inspect the site. All Respondents will walk through the site by themselves.
Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet , its tender will not be considered.
