⁠⁠⁠Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Communities  (DoC) is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in large domestic maintenance projects to undertake works in accordance with the tender documents, the site is in the Rossmoyne Area. The address will be in the online tendering platform.

This is a multi-residential complex consisting of 4 ground floor units constructed in 1967. The main purpose of this scope is to restore integrity to existing timber roof frame and cover. Render front elevation of the complex, provide new carports and visitor parking bays. Contractors are required to confirm extent of works and all measurements on site.

The complex is occupied with Department of Communities (Aged) tenants, the contractor is required to strategically carry out works to minimise any disruption to tenants, the successful contractor will be provided with contact details for all tenants
