ACLEI is seeking to source a solution that will allow each of the corporate services teams (e.g. IT, finance, HR, legal) to offer an internal service desk for logging service requests and incidents. The solution should be offered on a SaaS basis and IRAP assessed to accommodation PROTECTED data.
