Tender Description
The South West Leavers Planning Group is seeking expressions of interest from food vendors to operate a food stall at the 2021 Leavers Entertainment Zone (the Zone). The Zone operates over four nights and attracts up to 7,000 Leavers each night.
An important component of the Leavers harm minimisation strategy is the availability of wholesome food choices at affordable prices. Note: only local community groups and locally registered food vendors will be considered for this event.
Dates: Monday 22 to Thursday 25 November 2021
Time: 7pm – 1am (The Zone closes at 1am. Food vendors may close at 11.30pm)
Location: Approximately 9km out of Dunsborough towards Busselton
All volunteers are required to :
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Have a Working with Children Card or be prepared to have a police check conducted
- Be prepared to sign a Code of Conduct
- Wear identifying volunteer clothing and ID or name badge whilst on duty at the Zone
