Large Pool Management Services

⁠⁠⁠ACT Property Group requires a suitable organisation to provide aquatic facility management services at the Gungahlin and/or Lakeside Leisure Centres. The services include operation and management of pools and gyms, grounds maintenance, asset management and business management.

Industry Site Visit
A briefing session will be held at Lakeside Leisure Centre and then Gungahlin Leisure Centre, CANBERRA, ACT, Australia, 2900/2912 on 25 November 2021 10:30 AM.
Notes: Attendance at the site inspection/industry briefing is limited to two Respondent representatives. Details of industry briefing/site inspection attendees, including name, title, phone number, and email address must be registered through the Tenders ACT system by no later than 5:00PM (Canberra Local Time) on 22 November 2021. Registrations are made by clicking on the ‘Briefing Registrations’ button located under the Briefing section of the tender details page on Tenders ACT.
A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
