Council would like to invite you to submit a quotation to replace existing kerb and Gutter on Bathurst St Brewarrina between Tarrion St and Belmore St.

Quotations are to be submitted by Wednesday 2:00 PM 22 September 2021.

Please complete and return a signed copy of: Works Schedule (A) - Quantities & Rates

The proposed works are to be constructed in accordance with the attached plan. The conditions of contract will be AS4906 with the following specifics:

• Maintenance period 12 months
• Retention money
• 5% of the total contract value; 50% returned on issuing practical completion certificate and the final amount released on issuing final completion certification

Quotations should be clearly marked "Confidential Quotation 2021 /18 Bathurst St Kerb & Gutter Replacement", and addressed to:
