Sydney Metro seeks to procure the service of a qualified and registered mediation practitioner with aminimum of ten years’ experience in commercially driven mediation, and proven ability to mediate highly complex and sensitive Government infrastructure project related issues
The Mediator will have extensive experience and qualifications in commercial disputes, and be able to show principles of best practice and ability to work with a number of stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
The Mediator is expected be able to drive innovative mediation services that assist in conflict prevention, dispute management, conflict resolution and mitigation measures as well as identifying measures for continual improvement in the management of complaints as well as a demonstrated Ability to assist in the identification of disputed issues, develop options and consider alternatives and endeavour to assist the parties in reaching an agreement;
Bona-fide suppliers that demonstrate to Sydney Metro’s satisfaction their experience and capabilities will be provided access to the tender documents.
Sydney Metro may permit Registration after the tender release date (including as that date may be extended), however such entities, if successfully registered, will have no entitlement to any additional time to submit a Tender and Sydney Metro will not be under any obligation to extend the Closing Date.
