ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Council wishes to engage a suitable contractor for the Samuel King Oval Amenities Upgrade as per the design specification.
This will include but not limited to the following:
- Preliminaries
- Establishment
- Demolition
- Earthworks
- Soil and Water Management
- Stormwater works
- Walling and Edging
- External Electrical Services
- Path/Paving
- Landscaping
- Rainwater services and works
- Substructure
- Superstructure
- Fittings
- Hydraulic Services
- Electrical Services

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Submissions can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located in the foyer (level 4) of Council Chambers, 818 Pacific Highway Gordon 2072 by the nominated time and date.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 2.00pm on 28 September 2021 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the Tender. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
