The group was established in 1957 and is for-pupose social enterprise supporting people with a disability across NSW. The Administrators are seeking expressions of interest for one Australia's prominent disability service providers as a going concern or separately, the recapitalisation or a sale via deed of company arrangement.

Key Investment features include:

• Established accomodation and care support in 61 locations across NSW.
• A diverse range of contemporary and innovative support services personalized to support the needs of the individual and community.
• Committed, highly experienced and loyal workforce of 1,800 people (including Allied Health services and employment services) supporting more than 1,500 NDIS participants.
• Annual turnover of $100m+ with approximately 90% of revenue derived from Government funding.
• The operations would be ideally suited to an existing NDIS service provider looking to scale-up or establish a presence in NSW
