Expression of Interest: Mullewa Entrance Mural

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geraldton is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from artists for a large mural located at the entrance to Mullewa in Callaghan Park. The successful artist will be required to consult the Mullewa community on the design process.

Artists who wish to enter an expression of interest are encouraged to do so by emailing council@cgg.wa.gov.au with the title EOI - Mullewa Entrance Mural by Wednesday 23 March 2022.

The artwork must be completed and fully installed by Wednesday 1 June 2022.

Back in 1996, a Mr Leonard Schultz was selected to paint a mural reflecting Mullewa’s railway history. The mural is now beyond its lifespan and it is due for decommissioning. The community of Mullewa have expressed a keen interest in a replacement mural.
