Tender Description
The entire project includes 31 dwellings over five stages. These dwellings will be constructed as quickly as demand requires. This Tender comprises 15 dwellings, with 7 floorplans, and seeks pricing for each floorplan, including to design option price variations. Note: Should demand/sales be less than expected, the client may choose not to construct all 15 dwellings immediately. This will be negotiated with the successful Tenderer.
Council is prepared to negotiate the timing of construction with the successful tenderer.
If a single builder is unable to manage the construction of the 15 dwellings, Council may be prepared to award multiple tenders for the construction of a smaller number of dwellings in each tender.
