Offer Submissions must be received by the closing time and date of 2.30pm Wednesday 22 September 2021. Offers received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite tenderers to change their offers in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulations 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the highest or any submissions.
