The Commonwealth Grants Commission (CGC) has identified the need to upgrade their current website (www.cgc.gov.au) environment from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9. As part of this upgrade, the CGC would like to enhance the look, feel and overall user-experience of the website.

Specifically, the CGC requires:

a. a clean, contemporary website that works well on any device and is easy to navigate.
b. a user-friendly website that can be easily updated by CGC website administrators.
c. a website that has a portal containing information for CGC staff only (via SSO) – if possible.
d. a website that is hosted on the GovCMS platform.
e. a website with a well-planned, simple and structured information architecture based on evidence.
f. a website that is compliant with the requirements for Australian Government websites: https://www.dta.gov.au/help-and-advice/guides-and-tools/requirements-australian-government-websites (includes conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

Note: the current CGC website is hosted on the GovCMS platform and a Drupal 9 sandpit has already been established in preparation for this work to commence.
