Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T049/2022, Construction of Victoria Park Shared Path, Piper Street to Botanic Gardens, Tamworth.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being lump sum. The scope of work includes construction of three shared path segments, kerb ramps, driveway crossings, a retaining wall, kerb and gutter, culverts and other associated works.
The date for practical completion is 17 December 2021.
Tenders close at 11:00am AEST, Tuesday 21 September 2021.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
