Multifunction Devices & Standalone Printer Lease

⁠⁠⁠Port Waratah Tender 21-053 is requesting submissions for the provision and maintenance (including toners) of Multifunction Devices and Standalone Printers.

Tenderers are requested to submit proposals for Port Waratah to lease new MFD machines to match the requirements listed in the 'Schedule of Price' Spreadsheet, all machines will be leased on a fully maintained basis. It is also requested that a per unit price for printer lease and maintenance rates be provided for medium and small printers. It is Port Waratah's intent to enter a Contract with one supplier for our requirements for a four-year period.

Tenderers should include details and costs of other options or enhancements available with their machines that may assist Port Waratah in improving its performance and value of these machines.

Additional Capabilities include:

• Bluetooth printing.
• Binding (if possible)

A test period will be required prior to the beginning of the contract. Each type of printer submitted must be made available to Port Waratah for technical testing and evaluation.
Port Waratah will not accept any second hand or used machines for this agreement.
