Expression of Interest - Tudor Park Community Centre

⁠⁠⁠We are seeking Expressions of Interest from eligible community organisations interested in leasing the Tudor Park Community Centre and additional nearby facilities. 

The Tudor Park Community Centre is a Community facility located within Loganholme. The facility comprises of a function room, offices, meeting/training rooms, a kitchen/canteen, storage rooms, male and female toilets and changerooms and a demountable office building.

The adjoining Tudor Park fields may also be leased in conjunction with the community centre but are not available to be leased separately.
It is envisaged that the lessee of the facility will develop and coordinate a range of services, programs, activities and events that are flexible, culturally inclusive and aim to build skills, provide knowledge, promote personal and social development, promote physical well-being, and create and sustain local networks.

Thursday 2 September 10.30am to 12.30pm
Tuesday 7 September 2.30pm to 4.30pm

Once completed you can:
- email a copy to council@logan.qld.gov.au, or

- deliver a hard copy in person to Sport, Leisure and Facilities Branch, Logan City Council, 150 Wembley Road, Logan Central, - Queensland, 4114 between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, or

- post a hard copy through registered post to our offices (address above). A tracking number will be required by Council.

Late applications will not be accepted.
