Auckland District Court is an active and operational court building all works will need to be carefully managed around the court schedule and staff activities. The appointed contractor must be able to demonstrate that they have the procedures and controls in place to carry out the work required while adhering to the appropriate Health and Safety (H&S) standards. All of the contractor’s staff must be trained and licensed to carry out the work required; including identifying, mitigating and eliminating any risks along the way.
