Tender Description
Scope of Work
The CDU Education and Community Precinct Project generally comprises the following:
- Excavation of 5,017 square metre portion of the site (excavation works by separate Earthworks Contractor)
- Construction of an approximately 230 bay underground car park over two basement levels with primary access from Woods St
- Construction of an eight-storey education establishment and community building including fit-out
- Comprehensive landscaping and public realm works
The Post Tension Supply and Install scope includes for:
All machinery and equipment required to complete the supply and installation of post tension steel.
