Inner West Council invites tenders or Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations,for a 33kV High Voltage Feeder 761 relocation, Dulwich Hill

Please be advised a non-mandatory tender site briefing will be held during the tender period.

Time : 10.00am, Tuesday 7th September 2021

Location: Jack Shanahan Reserve near light rail entry, Terrace Road, Dulwich Hill

RSVP: to procurementbriefing@innerwest.nsw.gov.au is required due to limited amount of persons permissible on track. A maximum of two persons from each Tenderer may attend.

Please note that:

• Attendees must have current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card; and
• Attendees must have completed Sydney Light Rail induction. For online induction links, please send through names and email addresses to TDS.TrainingTeam@transdev.com.au
• If you are feeling unwell or live in a local government area of concern nominated in Public Health Orders please stay at home.
• All attendees must wear masks, practice social distancing (1 person per 4m2) and check-in via QR code with the Service NSW app on arrival.
• Please wear comfortable clothing, as much of the visit will be on foot. Correct PPE (lace up boots and rail compliant orange hi-viz x-back vest) will be required. Please bring your own hand sanitiser.
• Please bring Opal card as we may travel on light rail between stops or at end of walk to return from Waratah Mills to Dulwich Hill.

Rough itinerary:

• 10:00am Meet Jack Shanahan Reserve near light rail entry. General induction, COVID check-in. Pre-work briefing by Protection Officer and checking credentials.
• 10:30am: Enter corridor from Dulwich Hill Light Rail Stop and walk in-corridor to Dulwich Grove
• 11:15am: Enter corridor from Dulwich Grove Light Rail Stop and walk in-corridor to Arlington.
• 12:00pm: Catch light rail to Waratah Mills and inspect transformer site
• 1:00pm: Return to Dulwich Hill via light rail if required
