Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the design of up to five rock groynes at Holloways and Clifton Beach.
Enquiries: Quotation enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the quotation. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.
We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your quotation submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the closing time.
Closing Time and Date: The quotation closes at 4:30 PM, Friday 17 September 2019. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed quotations will not be accepted.
Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted.
Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.
Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the quotation specifications.
Quotations are to remain valid for a period of 90 days from the Closing Time.
