Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals on behalf of West Moreton Hospital and Health Service for suitably qualified private residential aged care facilities and disability accommodation service providers for the provision of accommodation and in-home support.

Depending on requirements these services specifically include:

Provision of Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) accommodation, including dementia secure accommodation and / or
Provision of Specialist Disability Accommodation, suitable for residents either with a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) package or nearing having a National Disability Insurance Scheme package approved.
