Emissions Reduction Plan

The Joint Organisation invites suitably qualified and experienced persons to submit a Quote for the development of an emissions reduction plan for Bathurst Regional Council upon the conditions set out in this RFQ.

Bathurst Regional Council has a Framework of Climate Change Response (Attachment A) which was adopted in 2020. One of the pillars of the Framework is an overarching Emissions Reduction Plan which is yet to be developed and is the subject of this RFQ.

All responses are required to be input into the designated areas within the online form. Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFQ are to be made in writing through the portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFQ (as opposed to functionality of the tender portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.
