Tender ID: 467694
Tender Details
Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) owns the Tamworth Effluent Reuse Farm (TERF) which forms an integral component of the wastewater treatment system for the City of Tamworth.
TERF currently consist of ~600 Ha under centre pivot irrigation. Currently there 13 Centre Pivot Irrigators (CPI's) that range in size from ~12 Ha to ~92 Ha.
This tender involves the addition of 2 new CPI's that will provide irrigation with high efficiency dribblers/sprinkler for an additional ~92Ha.
No pumping system upgrade is required for the additional CPI's. However, connections of electricity, control and effluent supply pipelines (~2000m of DN450 & DN355 HDPE) form part of the project.
In addition to the 2 new CPI's and associated works, Council proposes to upgrade some or all of the existing CPI's from their current sprinklers to high efficiency dribblers/sprinklers.
The project includes Design Development, Detailed Design, Supply, Installation, Integration and Commissioning of the new infrastructure and upgrades to the existing infrastructure.
