Impounded Vehicles Tender

⁠⁠⁠Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999, the Corporation of the City of Marion has impounded the following vehicles found abandoned on streets within the municipality:

Mitsubishi Magna - White - XCU670;
Toyota Camry - Green - WKZ940;
Nissan Pulsar Blue - No Plates;
Ford Focus - Blue - XRR727;
Daewoo - White - XFM483;
Mitsubish Magna - Silver - WNW931;
Holden Executive - Gold - WTP182

All expenses connected with the removal, custody and maintenance of the above named vehicles, and the advertisement of same, are required to be paid within fourteen days (14) of this notice by the owner, and possession taken by Monday 4 October 2021. If this has not occurred the City of Marion will dispose of the said vehicles by public tender.

The vehicles may be viewed on Friday 3 September 2021 and Monday 6 September 2021, at Aldinga Towing, 108 Aldinga Beach Road, Aldinga, between the hours of 2.00pm and 4.00pm.

Tenders will only be accepted on a City of Marion Tender Form, available by phoning administration on Phone: (08) 8375-6647. Envelopes should be marked “Tender Impounded Vehicles”, City of Marion, 245 Sturt Rd, Sturt SA 5047.
