Landfill Gas Management at Whylandra Waste and Recycling Centre

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Expression of Interests are invited for EOI21-006 Landfill Gas Management at Whylandra Waste and Recycling Centre.

REGISTRATION: Expression of Interest documents must be obtained following registration on etender site

ENQUIRIES: Expression of Interest enquiries should be directed to Council's Manager Resource Recovery and Efficiency, John Wisniewski, on (02) 6801-4790 or via the online forum.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses should be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) or see option below. All completed submissions lodged MUST be submitted as specified within the Expression of Interest documentation. Ensure that Council Expression of Interest documents and response schedules are attached, with response schedules signed and submitted. Expression of Interests that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming Expression of Interests AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion of an electronic submission through the tender portal.

Expression of Interests may also be lodged in a sealed envelope and clearly endorsed TENDER BOX: EOI21-006 - Landfill Gas Management at Whylandra Waste and Recycling Centre and placed in the Tender Box located at Council's Civic Administration Building, Church Street, Dubbo (PO Box 81 Dubbo, NSW 2830), prior to the closing date and time

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Expression of Interests will be accepted up to 10:00am on Tuesday, 22 June 2021 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Expression of Interest or all or any part of a Expression of Interest and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Expression of Interest process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Dubbo Regional Council has a Local Purchasing Policy. Please refer to the Expression of Interest documentation for details. Late, verbal or emailed Expression of Interests will not be accepted as legislated by Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 s55.
