Bayside Council invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit a tender for the Depena Reserve Playspace Renewal off Russell Avenue Dolls Point.
The Works include the protection of existing trees; partial removal of existing play equipment; and, related demolition, retention and salvage works, including removal and disposal of existing footings and rubber softfall.
A new playground is to be constructed, in conjunction with associated undersurfacing and park infrastructure, including hardworks, landscaping, the supply/installation/certification of new proprietary play equipment by play equipment suppliers, design/installation/certification of bespoke play equipment, and the supply & installation of new shade sails; all as documented in the For Tender set of documents provided.
