Description: Bayside Council invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit a tender for the construction of the following 5 Playgrounds:
1- Playspace Renewal- Kookaburra Reserve, Kingsgrove
2- Playspace Renewal- G B Holt Reserve, Carlton
3- Playspace Renewal- Shepherd Pde Reserve, Bardwell Valley
4- Playspace Renewal- Belmore street Reserve, Arncliffe
5- Playspace Renewal, Evatt Park, Bexley
The Works include the removal of old play equipment & related demolition works including the removal of all footings. Construction of 5 new playgrounds and associated park infrastructure, supply & installation of new play equipment, including testing and certification. Supply & installation of shade structure in all sites, all as documented in the For Tender set of documents provided.
