This Request for Tender is for the supply of approved quarry materials for road and infrastructure construction and maintenance to meet Tenterfield Shire Council's Delivery Plan and Operational Plan commitments within the Tenterfield LGA from the date of award of the contract for a period of 12 months..
The successful Tenderer(s) may be requested to supply quarry materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the award of the contract as described in the Schedule of Rates and as directed by the Superintendent.
The successful Tenderer(s) may be given the option of a further one (1) year extension for up to three (3) years, subject to a satisfactory evaluation from the Superintendent and at the discretion of the Principal.
