Tender Description
Regional Procurement is calling a Single Source tender for the Collection, Processing and Recycling of mattresses.
An electronic tender box is applicable to this tender. As such, hard copy tender submissions are NOT required.
TERM: This contract will commence 1/11/2021 to 31/12/2023 (26 months) with provision for a 1 year extension option.
SCOPE: The requirements of this contract are addressed in the Tender Documents.
INVITATION: Any person / company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender via electronic upload to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00am AEST on Tuesday 7 September 2021.
Participating Councils and indicative annual quantities of mattresses are:
Coffs Harbour City: 4,500
Bellingen Shire: 600
Nambucca Valley: TBA (tenderers are advised this council may not join this contract for several months subject to approval by Council)
Kempsey Shire: 1,780
Port Macquarie-Hastings: 5,550
Clarence Valley: 1,500
Tenderers are advised that participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender submitted.
