It is the owner of Anglicare SA Housing Limited, a major provider of community and social housing that retains a Tier 1 status under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing. AnglicareSA Housing currently owns and manages over 2,100 dwellings

AnglicareSA has recently approved a strategy to consolidate and standardise the maintenance Services provided to our Organisation. This strategy involves establishing a maintenance panel resourced to meet the ongoing maintenance requirements of the two entities that collectively form AnglicareSA in the following key categories

• General Maintenance
• Air Conditioning
• Flooring
• Glazing
• Multi-Trade Builder
• Painting
• Locksmith
• Pest Control
• Vacancy Cleaning
• Lift Maintenance

All requests for additional information must be through the Tender Forum and Tenderers are requested not to discuss any information relating to the tender with any AnglicareSA staff member other than the person nominated in the Part A, Conditions of Tender.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RESPOND
Tenderers are required to advise their intention to respond to the Tender in accordance with the RFT Part A, Conditions of Tender.

It is critical to note that if no Intention to Respond is received, AnglicareSA will assume no response is going to be provided and the Tenderer will not receive any further RFT related communication from that date.
