Tender Description
The extent of work proposed includes maintenance and construction resurfacing on sections of plain track and turnouts within the Hunter Valley Network.
This requires the provision of resurfacing services including plant and equipment, supervision, operators, support crews, track certifiers and safe working protection to support and perform work activities during scheduled track occupancy periods within Closedowns and maintenance possessions on an agreed, as required basis during the term of the agreement.
This agreement will secure a number of working shifts for the Contractor for its duration. These will be based on a program provided by ARTC. Working shifts are divided into specific packages. The number and combination of packages that will be awarded will be determined as part of the tender evaluation and subsequent contract award.
