Tender Description
Flinders Shire Council are, updating facilities at the Flinders Discovery Centre in Gray Street Hughenden.
The scope of works is restricted to the existing building:
• Decommission existing evaporative air coolers x 2 at rear of building and remove
• Remove existing ducting and make good rear wall
• Supply and Install new 75 kilowatt refrigerant air conditioner and Flexible ducting and vents
• Commission
• Supply materials and install new grid ceiling system , raked at approximately 10% with 1200 x 600 ceiling tiles, (Impressions )
• Ceiling Batts for insulation 367.30 SQ Meters. Building 30.355 x 12.100 meters.
Contractor must supply all materials, plant for removal, installation of equipment and any elevated work platforms or scaffolding.
Site will need to be left in a clean state.
Contractor must supply Work Method Statements and timelines for commencement and completion of works as well as all licences and insurances.
