Charles Darwin University (CDU) Education and Community Precinct project - Fire Service

The CDU Education and Community Precinct Project generally comprises the following:

- Excavation of 5,017 square metre portion of the site (excavation works by separate Earthworks Contractor)
- Construction of an approximately 230 bay underground car park over two basement levels with primary access from Woods St
- Construction of an eight-storey education establishment and community building including fit-out
- Comprehensive landscaping and public realm works

The Fire Service scope includes for:

All machinery and equipment required to complete the supply and installation of all Fire services including dry fire, wet fire, fire curtains and smoke baffles
