Request for Expressions of Interest - Leasing and Management of Kelly Theatre

⁠⁠⁠Hinchinbrook Shire Council invites expressions of interest from Community Organisations for the Leasing and Management of Kelly Theatre located in Ingham as described in more detail in the EOI Prospectus.

All EOIs will be shortlisted based on suitability of the proposed business model for the facility and ability to achieve Council's preferred outcomes.

Shortlisted applicants will then be sent a Request for Tender document to provide a firm offer including additional details regarding insurance coverage, financial statements, management, contract terms etc.
