Tender Description
The Rural City of Murray Bridge is calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified people to sit on its Audit Committee along with two Elected Members and an Independent Chairperson.
In line with Local Government practices we are seeking two independent members who have a strong financial management and/or risk assurance/management background. Previous experience on Audit Committees, experience and/or qualifications in Accounting/Economics and/or recent and relevant risk management experience would be highly desirable qualities for all external independent members.
The term is for 4 years commencing in November 2021.
