Tender Description
This estate consists of 5 forests, located in the Whanganui and Taranaki regions. All forests are held by forestry right with a combined net stocked area of 511 hectares, providing an opportunity to secure a significant forestry holding in a concentrated area.
The combination of professional management under a clear wood regime and with 100% of the estate established prior to 1997, this will ensure significant pruned wood-flow in the immediate and near future for the successful purchaser.
The pruned logs will be well sought after from domestic and export markets.
