Road Reseal Program 2021-24

⁠⁠⁠The Contract is to be a measure and value contract based on the NZTA P/17 Performance based specification.
Information to be submitted by tenderers is as stated in the Conditions of Tendering and summarised in the Schedule to Conditions of Tendering.

Tenders will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Conforming tender.

Scope of Contract Works
This contract is for the resealing of roads within the Buller District Council boundaries. This includes the reinstatement of road markings after each site has been resealed.

BDC have a KPI to reseal approx. 5.8% of the network which equates to approx. 18.5km annually. However, the actual length will vary and is dependent on road width and available budget. BDC have decided to bring work forward and complete the 3 year reseal programme in 2 years.

Note that the quantities included in the Schedule of Prices are estimates only and will be used for the purposes of evaluating tenders. Actual final quantities will differ.

The contract period will be for a term of 2 years.
