Tender Description
The Territory seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide the following public weighbridge services:
- Annual verifications in accordance with the National Measurement Institute’s National Measurement Act 1960, the National Trade Measurement Regulations 2009 and other relevant rules and regulation
- Improve the reliability and efficiency of the ACT public weighbridges through regular preventative maintenance and identification and replacement of aging and deteriorating components. This will be undertaken on a semi-annual or quarterly preventative maintenance schedule, at the discretion of ACT NoWaste.
- Complete repairs and maintenance of weighbridges, as required.
- Provide an emergency response service to rectify faults and/or failures of weighbridges in accordance with the response times detailed.
