This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Business Analyst will support the GovERP Health Discovery Project Manager to deliver a report to the Department of Health on the likely financial impact and extent of change required for its corporate services and systems to migrate to the Australian Government’s common corporate services platform known as GovERP.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:
• assisting to prepare and lead information gathering and other workshops
• capturing, standardising, categorising and documenting information gathered
• assisting to develop artefacts, including enterprise and information models that concisely convey to stakeholders and the executive the current state, the future state and the mapping
Essential capabilities:
• use of Excel and SharePoint to capture and query information
• research through large amounts of information and documentation and find patterns and linkages
• document outcomes in detail and conceptually using Word, PowerPoint and Visio
• good written and verbal communication skills
• good analytical, collaborative and stakeholder management skills
