Blowholes Road Shoulder Repair and Widening (Re-advertised)

⁠⁠⁠Works under this contract were previously advertised as RFT03/2021. No tender received as part of that process was accepted by the Principal. This tender is essentially identical to RFT03/2021 with some minor amendments made for clarity.

The Shire of Carnarvon is seeking an experienced civil contractor for the provision of high standard cost-effective shoulder widening and sealed edge repair of Blowholes Road, Carnarvon.

Widening and sealed edge repair works on Blowholes Road commenced in 2020 with approximately thirty two (32) kilometres completed.
Works required under this Contract consists of the final stage of widening and edge repair. Total length of road to be widened and repaired on both sides is approximately eighteen (18) kilometers. Widening and edge repair works is required on both sides of the road in continuous sections.

In addition, provisional items are included as follows:
a) Two Coat 10/5mm emulsion seal of 4 x vehicle pull over rest sites on blowholes Road with a total area of approximately 2000SQM.
